What is your number one skill?

Commitment. I have always been a committed person, especially to those that are important to me. Right now, I can say that my main commitment is to my family. My focus is for them to have a good life and so I stay committed, especially to my work to be able to reach my goals. 

What makes you a unique, strong candidate?

I have been with other industries other than BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) wherein I gained much experience not only with customer handling but also with being a sales-oriented employee. I have been an effective hotelier, customer service support representative, sales representative, and analyst. 

Why did you choose to apply to Rain Global?

I fell in love with one of your core values: “Kindness = Accuracy”. I strongly resonate with this one as I believe you need to treat others as you want them to treat you. Being kind, regardless of your current situation, is always the best thing to do. It is the best free thing that you can bless others with.

Aside from having accounting skills, my number one skill is adaptability. In today's age of technological advancement, I am developing a growth mindset and a curiosity to improve.

My experience and skills have shaped my career. My education also plays an important role in having confidence in my capabilities to contribute to a team.
