Our mission at Rain Global is to Hire + Inspire. We offer mentoring, increased incomes, and career improvement for our candidates. Our cost-effective and efficient processes provide certified and skilled hires to our clients. Rain Global seeks to make hiring a positive experience for all involved. Each member or partner of our team contributes greatly to our culture and values. This code of conduct will outline the values we expect each individual and corporation to uphold when working with Rain Global. We also commit ourselves to live the standards outlined under “Rain Global’s Commitment” and to be a responsive, respectful, and innovative partner.

Rain Global’s Commitment

  • Present well-qualified, certified candidates to our clients with an accurate portrayal of their experiences and skills

  • Communicate feedback between candidates and clients

  • Support candidate success with coaching and mentoring

  • Provide paths to success for candidates even if they do not receive a job offer 

  • No ghosting

    • Never leave a candidate in the dark about their application status

    • Maintain consistent and clear communication with our clients

Candidates’ Commitment

  • Represent Rain in a positive way 

    • Be punctual, professional, and focused

    • Treat other candidates, colleagues, recruiters, and anyone else you may interact with respectfully

    • Ensure strong internet connection and professional remote work location to avoid any issues that might interfere with work

    • Maintain confidentiality with proprietary company information

  • Offer honest feedback to Rain Global. This helps us to improve our processes or communicate feedback with clients

  • Take responsibility for personal improvement and actions. Rain will provide the tools, but candidates must take the initiative and act in order to see progress

  • No ghosting

    • Just as we commit to not leave candidates in the dark regarding their applications, we expect candidates to communicate with us consistently and clearly

Employers’ Commitment

  • Pay promptly

  • Provide accurate job descriptions 

  • Hire fairly and without discrimination

  • Provide feedback on candidates. This feedback should cover the performance of candidates that were hired and areas lacking for candidates who were not selected

  • Communicate any feedback specifically for Rain Global. We want to improve in every way possible and happily accept feedback

  • Data on candidates (whether hired or not) may only be shared with the employer and Rain Global. This data will only be used for the screening, selection, and hiring of candidates

  • Clients may do background checks or screenings to verify candidate information if they so desire
