Job Description: Support the financial backbone of our solar energy initiatives with a Junior Accountant role focused on accuracy and growth in the renewable energy sector.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by recording transactions related to solar projects and operations.

• Prepare and process invoices for solar installations, maintenance services, and other company expenditures.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data aligns with company accounts.

• Handle basic accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collection and payment.

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports under supervision.

• Assist in budgeting processes for solar projects, helping to forecast costs and revenues.

• Participate in the implementation of accounting software specific to the solar industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, with an interest in or exposure to the solar or renewable energy sector.

• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple financial records accurately.

• Good communication skills for interacting with team members and occasionally with clients or suppliers.
