Job Description: Support our agents in business development with a Sales Associate role that focuses on scheduling, client interaction, and database management.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the primary contact for scheduling, assisting agents in expanding their book of business.
Manage calendars, create rapport with potential clients, and maintain databases and filing systems.
Contact prospective businesses to explain products or services, secure expiration dates for business lines.
Schedule appointments, prepare appointment write-ups with supporting information for agents.
Update CRM systems with prospect details and reactions.
Collaborate with agents to strategize sales approaches and meet production targets.
Assist in other departmental or office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Six months to one year of related experience in sales support or customer service.
Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional correspondence and presentations.
Ability to read, interpret, and follow procedure manuals, dialogue scripts, and various reports.
Basic reasoning skills to handle routine and standardized situations.
