Job Description: Support our agents in business development with a Sales Associate role that focuses on scheduling, client interaction, and database management.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary contact for scheduling, assisting agents in expanding their book of business.

  • Manage calendars, create rapport with potential clients, and maintain databases and filing systems.

  • Contact prospective businesses to explain products or services, secure expiration dates for business lines.

  • Schedule appointments, prepare appointment write-ups with supporting information for agents.

  • Update CRM systems with prospect details and reactions.

  • Collaborate with agents to strategize sales approaches and meet production targets.

  • Assist in other departmental or office tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Six months to one year of related experience in sales support or customer service.

  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional correspondence and presentations.

  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow procedure manuals, dialogue scripts, and various reports.

  • Basic reasoning skills to handle routine and standardized situations.
