Sales Liaison
Job Description: Support our partner's solar project needs with an Install Ready Call Specialist role that ensures project readiness and workflow stability.
What You'll Do:
Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls to verify the readiness of solar projects for CRM entry.
Verification Process: Confirm key project details including:
Signed agreements.
Finance agreements.
Site survey photos.
CAD designs.
Identify and flag any missing or incomplete information to ensure project accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or project coordinati[on.
Strong attention to detail and ability to verify documentation thoroughly.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
