Sales Liaison


Job Description:
Support our partner's solar project needs with an Install Ready Call Specialist role that ensures project readiness and workflow stability.

What You'll Do:

  • Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls to verify the readiness of solar projects for CRM entry.

  • Verification Process: Confirm key project details including:

    • Signed agreements.

    • Finance agreements.

    • Site survey photos.

    • CAD designs.

  • Identify and flag any missing or incomplete information to ensure project accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or project coordinati[on.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to verify documentation thoroughly.

  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
